BUILDERS CLEANING

This is one of the most common services that we offer to the construction sector, and serves to remove dust and rubbish that has accumulated on the site during the construction phase. Often, a builders clean is undertaken near the completion of a project, when no major construction work is expected to occur.

After-builder cleaning is ideal when preparing a property for a site inspection, and will enable requirements for trade rectification work to be identified more easily.

Final clean

A Final Clean is our speciality and is very similar to a builders clean. It is often the very last task to be performed on a construction project, and has the objective of leaving the property ready for the handover stage.

A Final Clean is often performed in one or two stages (sometimes more), with second-stage clean enabling tradesman rectifications.
